I count visits with GoatCounter, which works without cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you from one site to another. Under the CNIL's guidance, this kind of audience measurement does not require consent.
Fonts
The Prata and Inter typefaces are hosted on this site. No request is made to Google Fonts.
The booking calendar
The tasting calendar is provided by Cal.com and loads only on the tasting page. Cal.com may use the technical cookies it needs to run the booking you ask for. Those cookies are covered by Cal.com's privacy policy.
Payment
Wine club payments happen on Stripe's pages, outside this site, under Stripe's privacy policy.
If this changes
If I ever add a tool that needs consent, a banner will ask you first, with "Accept" and "Refuse" given the same weight, and this page will list each cookie by name.
